She took her time…. No tugging, no force. I almost didn’t realize she was done. Judy is the absolute best and I’ll definitely be using loose out’s services again!

I love the convenience of having someone (other than myself) take down my braids/locs etc. in the comfort of my own home. The customer service is on point, and the techs ensure to perform the services with a light touch while ensuring they care for the hair under whatever style. 10/10 would recommend.
